Snapped this morning after I hung out the washing.
And if pictures had sound,
you would hear the deafening buzz of cicadas,
chirping for joy in the warm sunshine
after a few days of rain and wintry weather.
Lovely to see a clear blue sky at last
after weeks of bushfire smoke.

It is a funny thing this blogging business, I was just in north America looking at snow, and now I'm in Oz looking at your lovely sunshine!! Glad that you are getting some clear skies, and that the smoke has gone. Not sure about the cicadas though! I struggle with them... xx
Yes Amy,I'm constantly wondering what season it is, one day cosy with the heater and a rug reading about fall in the US, and the next am sweltering and reading Australian blogs about preparing for the summer.
